Shipment & Delivery
Within Belgium & the Netherlands
All packages are fully insured during shipping and no additional taxes or customs fees are charged.
Carriers: Bpost / PostNL / DPD / UPS / DHL.
Tracking: Each package has a tracking code that you will find in your mailbox. As soon as your order arrives at the courier's sorting center, it will be scanned. The package can be picked up during the day, but possibly only at night.
Delivery time:
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. All orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

To help us process your request, please include your order number. You will find this number in the order confirmation email.
Why haven't I received a tracking number for my order?
If you have not yet received a tracking number from ALEXANDRE or our carrier, this means that your order has not yet been shipped and is either on its way to our company or is being verified. Once the order has been transferred to our courier, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track its progress.
